The Etobicoke Medical Centre Family Health Team is a group of family physicians working collaboratively with inter-disciplinary health providers (IHP) that includes registered nurses, registered practical nurses, clinical pharmacists, nurse practitioners, dietitians, social workers, and psychological associates. Together, they coordinate the best possible individual care for you. You must be a patient of one of the physicians at The Etobicoke Medical Centre to receive expanded services from the Family Health Team.
